What are the rules of photoshoot?
Before the start of any major ICC tournament, a photoshoot of the captains of all the countries is done together. On most of the occasions it has been seen that this photoshoot takes place in the host country only. In such a situation, it will be very interesting to see whether the Indian captain goes there, or some middle path is found for this.
Because Team India has refused to go to Pakistan citing security reasons. After which all its matches have been scheduled in UAE under the hybrid model. Champions Trophy 2025 is starting from 19th February, while the final match will be played on 9th March.
Eight teams are participating in Champions Trophy 2025
A total of eight teams from around the world are participating in the Champions Trophy 2025. Apart from Team India, the names of host Pakistan, New Zealand, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, England, Australia and South Africa are included.
Teams are divided into two groups
Group A: India, Bangladesh, New Zealand and Pakistan.
Group B: Afghanistan, England, Australia and South Africa.
