Before digital media and OTT, there was a time when films used to run extensively in theaters and were celebrated from Silver Jubilee to Golden Jubilee. The bigger the Jubilee figure, the more powerful the party was. A similar party was given on the completion of the golden jubilee of a film of Shahrukh Khan, in which all the big faces of the industry were seen. The surprising thing is that the star cast of the film is nowhere to be seen in the viral video.

Anil Kapoor dominates

This is Shahrukh Khan’s film Pardes, which proved to be a big hit at the box office. A big golden jubilee party was also organized after the film completed 50 weeks in theatres. This video of the party can be seen on the YouTube handle named Lahare Retro. Let us tell you that the film was directed by Subhash Ghai, in many of whose films Anil Kapoor has played the lead role. Anil Kapoor was also present in this party given by him. Apart from them, Aamir Khan was seen in a very simple style in a check shirt in this party.

Big stars missing, star cast present

Big stars like Dilip Kumar, Saira Banu, Jackie Shroff, Rakesh Roshan, Vinod Khanna were seen in this Golden Jubilee Party. Javed Akhtar and Subhash Ghai were also seen. But the star cast of the film was not visible at all. Shahrukh Khan and Mahima Chaudhary were in lead roles in the film. Apart from them, artists like Amrish Puri, Apoorva Agnihotri, Alok Nath, Smita Jaykar and Himani Shivpuri were included.
