Prashant Kishore has received a shock from Patna High Court. The High Court has refused to stay the results of the BPSC examination. Amidst the students’ protest, Prashant Kishore had filed a petition in the Patna High Court appealing for a ban on the release of the results.
Hearing was held in Patna High Court today on the petitions filed against the 70th preliminary examination of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). The court passed the interim order after hearing the arguments of the petitioners and BPSC lawyers. The court has refused to give any kind of relief to those who filed the petition.
At the same time, Jan Suraj Party leader Prashant Kishore has broken his fast today after several days. Before breaking his fast, he took a dip in the river Ganga and then performed a havan. After this he ended his fast by drinking juice. Prashant Kishore had tried to attract the attention of the government towards the demands of BPSC students through this fast.
Meanwhile, a delegation of BPSC students also met Governor Arif Mohammad Khan. Meanwhile, his party started construction of a tent city on private land on the banks of the Ganga, but the district administration put a stop to it. However, the district administration again gave permission to build a temporary camp. After this, a tent city was built by Jan Suraj Party.
