Turki’s emergency management agency said on Wednesday that a 6.2 magnitude earthquake was felt in Istanbul. So far, no immediate information has been received from the earthquake or immediate casualties.

According to the United States Geological Survey, the intensity of the earthquake was 6.2. The earthquake was at a depth of 10 km in the ground. The agency said that the epicenter of the earthquake was in Marmara Sagar, about 40 km south-west of Istanbul.
