The applicant has said that he is a descendant of the original founder Swami Shri Hari Das Ji Goswami and his family has been managing temple affairs for more than 500 years according to centuries-old customs and traditions. He has said that now the state has access to the wealth of the temple, while the issue of administration and management of temple affairs and money is pending before the Allahabad High Court.
