The Governor has no veto power. The Governor of Tamil Nadu gave canceled by giving illegal 10 bills to the President’s approval. The Supreme Court said, ‘The Governor did not work well. The Bills were considered approved by the Governor on the date on which the date was re -presented to them.

Justice J. B. Pardiwala gave the verdict, saying, ‘The Governor should approve the bill at a time when a bill is presented to him after re -consulting the state assembly. They can only refuse to approve when the bill is different. The governor’s action to reserve 10 Bills to the President is illegal and arbitrary. Therefore this action is canceled.
