The person who attacked Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has approached the Sessions Court. Shariful Islam Azad is accused of entering the actor’s house in Bandra in January with the intention of stealing. On 16 January, Saif’s house entered Saif’s house and attacked Saif and a staff. Now the accused has filed a bail petition in the Mumbai Sessions Court, describing himself as innocent. In the petition, Shariful’s counsel has dismissed the allegations and described the entire case as fabricated.

Accused filed bail plea

Actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked by an intruder in his Bandra house on 16 January. On the complaint of the actor, the Mumbai Police took the accused Shariful Islam Shahzad into custody. The accused has applied for bail, knocking on the Mumbai Sessions Court. In the petition, the FIR lodged against Shariful has been told incorrectly. According to the lawyer of the accused, Shariful has fully supported the investigation and the evidence is already present, so there is no danger of tampering with evidence or affecting witnesses.

Police will soon file charge sheet

He was arrested by the police while taking action against Shariful, accused of attacking Saif Ali Khan on 16 January. At present, the Shariful is under the custody of the police and this case is going on in the Brandra Magistrate Court, while the case is of the scope of Mumbai Sessions Court. Soon the police will file a charge sheet in the case, after which the case will be transferred to the sessions court. Let me tell you that Shariful is accused of attacking the actor and his staff with a wooden weapon and hexa blade with the intention of stealing in Saif’s house. Saif suffered serious injuries, after which he had to undergo surgery. The actor had to remain hospitalized for 5 days.
