Yoga guru Baba Ramdev’s difficulties may increase. The Delhi High Court has said that the ‘Sharbat Jihad’ comment on the popular squash drink of Patanjali Ayurved is “unacceptable” and has shook the “conscience” of the court. Justice Amit Bansal, while hearing the trial of Roh Afja producer Hamdard, said, “This has shocked the conscience of the court. This is unacceptable.

Putting the side of Hamdard, senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi said that Baba Ramdev is constantly making rhetoric against Hamdard. The owners of the company are also attacking the religion.

Rohatgi also said that this is a case that is shocking to everyone, and it is beyond insult. This is a case related to generating communal division, it is like a speech that spreads hatred. It will not get protection from the law of defamation.
