Sanjay More, accused in the Kurla bus accident case, has filed an RTI in which questions have been raised. Questions have been asked through this RTI regarding the address and condition of the damaged BEST bus, raising suspicions that it might have been repaired before mechanical analysis.

During the bail hearing, the accused’s lawyer claimed that Sanjay More has been made a scapegoat. He also alleged the possibility of tampering with the damaged BEST bus before technical analysis. BEST bus was taken to Kurla bus depot instead of Kurla police station or Wadala RTO. The accused’s lawyer has also filed an application in RTI to find out the whereabouts of the bus after the accident.

1 Why was the damaged bus taken to Kurla BEST depot instead of Wadala RTO or Kurla police station?

2 Is there CCTV footage of the damaged vehicle at Kurla depot?

3 Was any order issued to repair BEST buses?

4 If yes, who gave permission for the repairs and what documents were approved?

The Sessions Court has heard the arguments of both the parties and will give its verdict on the bail plea of ​​accused Sanjay Mor on January 10.
