On Friday, an American judge stopped the Trump administration from canceling the ability of Harvard University to enroll foreign students. The move further intensified the efforts of the White House to adopt practices in the education world as per the policies of President Donald Trump.
In a complaint filed in the Boston Federal Court on Friday, Harvard said that the cancellation is a “clear violation” of the US Constitution and other federal laws, and it had a “immediate and disastrous impact” on the university and over 7,000 visa holders. Harvard said, “With the shock of a pen, the government has tried to erase a quarter of Harvard students, who contribute significantly to the university and its mission.”

Harvard described the cancellation as “many times illegal”, and said that the government is violating the first amendment by using force to control private speech and forcing universities to abandon its educational freedom.
