Earlier, the US killed at least 53 people, including five women and two children, in the US capital Sanaa. According to Huti’s Health Ministry, more than 100 people have been injured in the attacks.

The US has intensified its attacks against the Iran -backed huts rebels of Yemen. On Saturday, President Donald Trump took an oath to use the ‘extremely deadly force’ against the rebels who attacked international ships in the Red Sea in ‘solidarity’ with Gaza.

A large number of people have died in many US attacks in Yemen’s capital Sana and other areas. Huti fighters have also vowed to accelerate retaliation, as they may face one of the biggest attacks since the war started in Gaza in October 2023.

The United States carried out an overnight airstrikes at several locations in Yemen from midnight on Sunday, including other places including the capital Sana and Huti’s Garh Sada Province.

Trump said the huts should stop their attacks on international ships in the Red Sea. If they do not do this, then such attacks will be done on them which have never been seen before.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio told CBS News on Sunday that the attacks would continue until the ability to attack international ships near Iran -backed fighters is ‘completely over’.

Houti fighters have repeatedly targeted international ships in the Red Sea and have immersed two ships. They describe it as solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza, where Israel is in war with Hamas, another partner of Iran.

External Affairs Minister Marco Rubio said that in the last 18 months, the Hotis attacked the US Navy 174 times and targeted commercial shipping 145 times using “directed accurate anti-ship weapons”.
