Uttarakhand: Two people died due to dumper collision at Lachhiwala toll plaza


Dehradun:
A car-laden car was hit by a dumper truck near Lachhiwala toll plaza on Haridwar-Dehradun road, killing two people. The police gave this information on Monday. An official of Doiwala police station area said that the collision was so severe that the car was completely damaged and was trapped between a pillar and a dumper.

He told that this accident happened at around 7.30 am, causing chaos on the toll plaza. According to the official, the dumper truck was going from Dehradun towards Doiwala and during this time the driver lost control of the vehicle which led to the accident. The police have seized the dumper truck and the investigation of the case is going on.
