Aam Aadmi Party MLA Raman Arora has been arrested by the Vigilance Department. Raman Arora is an MLA from Jalandhar. The Vigilance Department of Punjab raided the MLA’s house today. The AAP MLA is accused that through Jalandhar Municipal Corporation, he sent fake notices to the people. After this, he used to settle the cases related to notices by demanding money from people.
The state government had recently withdrawn Arora’s security, after which the MLA told the media that he was not aware of the reason behind the move. Earlier, 14 gunmen were reportedly deployed under Arora’s security.

Corruption will not be tolerated- Bhagwant Maan
At the same time, on the arrest of Raman Arora, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that when we took over the responsibility given by the people in 2022, we came with a guarantee that corruption would not be tolerated.
