Who is Daya Nayak?

Daya Nayak, who made headlines for killing criminals in encounters, has been promoted by Mumbai Police only last year. Nayak, a 1995 batch policeman, is known for killing many criminals in encounters. He has also served in Maharashtra Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) for three years. He was posted at Juhu Police Station in 1996. Since then, the hero has played a key role in dismantling some of the city’s most notorious underworld networks. Daya Nayak has worked with famous Mumbai Police officer Pradeep Sharma. According to reports, Daya Nayak has eliminated more than 80 criminals in encounters. Daya is currently serving in Mumbai Police Crime Branch.

How was Saif attacked?

At around 2 o’clock on Thursday, an unknown assailant entered his house in Bandra, Mumbai with the intention of robbing him and attacked him with a knife. After which he was taken to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai in injured condition and he underwent surgery. Bandra Police is investigating the matter and examining the CCTV footage of his building. The surprising thing is that the thief attacked Saif and ran away from there and he was never caught by anyone.
