After creating a stir in many international film festivals, Payal Kapadia’s All We Imagine as Light is now on OTT. This film of Payal Kapadia has arrived on Disney Hotstar, one of the big OTT platforms. All we imagine as light Streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from January 3. In a post shared on Instagram, he wrote, “Winner of the Festival de Cannes Grand Prix 2024 and 2 Golden Globe Nominations – Payal Kapadia’s spectacular creation – All We Imagine as Light will stream on January 3 on Disney Plus Hotstar A movie you can’t miss!”

According to the report of Hindustan Times, director Payal Kapadia has expressed his happiness in a press note. He said, “I am thrilled with the love that All We Imagine as Light has received from all of you. After a successful theatrical performance, I am glad that it will now be available to watch on Disney+ Hotstar. I am looking forward to taking it to a bigger level. Very excited to share with the audience.” Now All We Imagine as Light is nominated in the Best Motion Picture Non-English Language and Best Direction – Motion Picture categories at the 82nd Golden Globes.

On this, Payal had this to say, “I feel very honored by this nomination and am grateful to the HFPA for this validation. This is a celebration of all those who worked so diligently on this film.”

Received many awards

All We Imagine as Light has won many awards in the film industry. The film was named Best International Film by the New York Film Critics Circle and won an award in the same category at the Gotham Awards. It also achieved the top position in Sight & Sound magazine’s annual list of the 50 best films of the year. In May 2024, All We Imagine as Light created history by winning the Grand Prix at the Cannes Film Festival.

The Malayalam-Hindi feature film was distributed in the US by Janus Films and Sideshow. Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media released the film in India in November.
