The matter became a topic of online discussion when a fake YouTube channel shared a fabricated content by taking the name of a popular music company, which spread outrage.
According to Bhaskar English, Preetpal Singh Balliawal lodged a complaint with the SGPC (Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee), in which it was described as “conspiracy to incite the Sikh community and spoil religious harmony”.
In an official statement by Aamir Khan’s spokesperson, it was clear, “The poster showing Aamir Khan as Guru Nanak is completely fake and AI-generated. Aamir Khan has no connection with any such project. He respects Guru Nanak and will never be part of any derogatory thing.

According to the report, Preetpal Singh Balliawal requested the Punjab Police, Cyber Cell and National Security Agencies to find the IP and MAC addresses behind the incident and demanded arrest and criminal action as soon as possible. He asked Aamir Khan Productions to “publicly condemn this fraud publicly” and to clarify that he is not involved in it.
