Adani Group launched India’s biggest ‘skill and employment’ initiative to promote ‘Make in India’ vision


Adani Group has launched the biggest skill and employee program in the country according to the spirit of Chairman Gautam Adani’s ‘Seva Bhavna – Seva Bhavna, Seva Sadhana, Seva Prayer and Seva Hi Hi’ Hai ‘Hai’. Adani Group has partnered with the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) for this. The objective of this initiative is to support ‘Make in India’ and prepare a Future Ready Workforce for India.

Through a strategic partnership with the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC), the goal of Adani Group is to prepare a skilled talent pool for industries such as Green Energy, Manufacturing, High Technology, Project Excellence and Industrial Design.

Established in 1956, IGCC is a non-profit organization and is the largest German two-national chamber abroad. Along with this, the largest Chamber of Commerce in India is, with about 4,000 member companies from different fields.

Adaani Skills and CEO Robin Bhowmik of Education said that this partnership is an important part of our group’s mission to develop high -level technical talent and further strengthens our commitment to ‘Make in India’ campaign. Our effort is to make the students ready from day one, so that they can contribute to India’s growth story.

He informed that the Adani family has pledged for funds worth more than Rs 2,000 crore, which will establish an international level and Finishing School in Mundra. The main objective of this initiative is to select students associated with India’s technology and vocational education and to train according to the needs and career goals of industries.

IGCC Deputy Director General and DE International Services chief Ute Brockman said, “Our partnership with Adani Group is an important step towards developing the next generation talent to carry forward India’s industrial development and innovation.”
