Ambuja Cements (Ambuja Cements Ltd.) has appointed Vinod Baheti as the company’s CEO Additional Director and Full -time director. This appointment will be effective from April 1 and their term will be of three years.
Vinod Baheti will be removed from the post of CFO with the end of business hours on 31 March. Rakesh Tiwari has been replaced by a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from April 1. Apart from this, Ajay Kapoor has been appointed the managing director of the company again for two years from April 1.

Ambuja Cements has also appointed Praveen Garg as Additional Director for three years from 1 April. The company has appointed Madhavi Isana as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), which will be effective from April 1. She will replace Hemal Shah, which will be removed from this post after the business ends on 31 March 2025.
Apart from this, Vaibhav Dixit has been appointed as SMP from April 1 in place of Sukru Rama Rao. Sukru Rama Rao will be removed from this post with the end of business on 31 March. The company’s Chief Sustainability Officer Ashwin Raikundalia will also withdraw from the SMP post with the end of the business on 31 March.
