The Supreme Court said in November 2024 that it is illegal to break any citizen’s house without following the legal process. Then whether the person is suspicious or guilty. The court had given rules to demolish illegal constructions. The court had said that the government cannot take away the right to stay of a family only because a family member is accused of serious crime.
