4. According to the new guidelines, if the toll transaction is done in more than 15 minutes after the vehicle passes through the toll reader, fastag users may have to pay additional fees.
5. According to the updated National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) guidelines, if a transaction is delayed and the users have low balance in the fastag account, the toll operator will be held responsible. Earlier, users could go further by recharging fastag on Toluoth. After the new rule, now users will have to recharge the fastag first.
