Bhopal:
The issue of Chinese drone being found in Bhopal Central Jail is gaining momentum and it is alleged that the jail administration is trying to suppress this incident. The reason for this is believed to be their carelessness. The drone was spotted by a duty guard in B-Block, not far from the high-security ‘Anda Cell’.

There is no information about where this drone came from and when it came. The patrolling jail guard saw this for the first time. Initial investigation found that it is a Chinese drone, which has two lenses. However, no suspicious object has been detected in the investigation so far. At present, the technical expert team of Gandhinagar Police is investigating the drone and the matter will be revealed only after complete investigation.

Bhopal Central Jail has received IASO certification for its security and this has also been advertised on its doors. However, this matter has become more interesting now that the drone remained in the jail for eight days, but the jail administration could not see it.

Jail Superintendent Rakesh Bangre said that on December 31, this drone went out of control and fell at that place. They found this drone on January 9 and its owner has also now come forward.

The drone has two cameras, one at the top and the other at the bottom. A doctor has claimed that this drone is his, which he had bought for his son. Bhopal Police Commissioner Hari Narayanchari Mishra along with his team reached the Central Jail with the Chinese drone and tested it with drone owner Dr. Swapnil Jain. However, Bhopal Central Jail has many layers of security, which also include jammers and CCTV monitoring.

Bhopal’s Central Jail is considered one of the sensitive jails of the country. Many terrorists are lodged in Bhopal Central Jail along with dreaded prisoners. Which includes organizations like SIMI, Hizb ut Tahrir HUT, PFI, ISIS and Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh i.e. JMB. All these terrorists are lodged in the high security cell of the jail.
