Ranveer Allahabadia shared a story on his Instagram account and wrote, “I and my team are cooperating with all other officers. I will follow the appropriate process and be available to all agencies. My statement was insensitive and derogatory. It is my moral responsibility to do better and I really apologize for it. “
Referring to the threats, he said, “I see that people are threatening to kill me and harm my family. People became patients and entered my mother’s clinic. I feel scared and Don’t know what to do but I am not running away.
Earlier, the teams of Mumbai and Assam Police reached the residence of Podcaster Ranveer Allahabadia on Friday as part of an investigation into the controversial remarks made in the YouTube show ‘India’s Got Letant’, but there was a lock.
According to a police officer, “The Mumbai Police, which started the investigation regarding the controversial remarks of Ranveer Allahabadia, went to his flat in Versova area on Friday, but he was found closed.”
Allahabadia was asked to attend the Khar police station on Thursday in connection with the investigation of his controversial statements, but when he was not present, the police issued another summons and asked him to appear on Friday. Podcaster Allahabadia had requested the Khar police to register his statement at his residence, but his request was turned down.
Earlier, Raina also broke his silence and said that he had removed all the videos of the show from his YouTube channel. It is noteworthy that a case was registered in the Bandra Magistrate Court on Tuesday against YouTuber-Podcaster Ranveer Allahabadia, Samay Raina, Ashish Chanchalani, Apoorva Makhija and other accused in the Bandra Magistrate Court on Tuesday. The complaint has been lodged by Bandra -based social activist Nikhil Ruparel who is also the national representative of NSUI affiliated to the Congress.
