Is UAE sending weapons to Sudan?

The United Arab Emirates has been accused of secretly supplying weapons to Sudan’s paramilitary through the path of neighboring country Chad. He has continuously denied this charge. But according to The Guardian, the United Nations intelligence report has raised new questions on the role of UAE in Sudan’s civil war. According to this report, many such flights have been detected from UAE, which deliberately tried to avoid themselves from being identified.

This report is of 14 pages and was completed in last November. It was sent to the Sudan Restriction Committee of the United Nations Security Council. It is written by a panel of five experts from the United Nations. He identified a frequent pattern of Ilushin IL-76 TD cargo flights from UAE in Chad, from where he identified at least three underground routes to be potentially used to carry arms to the neighboring Sudan.

Sudan’s government is currently in the hands of the Army and has accused the UAE of being “involved in the massacre” during the current civil war and has filed a case in the International Court of Justice .. Sudan Sarkar (Army) alleges that UAE is giving weapons to paramilitary (RSF) with the aim of eliminating the non-arb masalit population of West Darfur. On this charge, UAE has said that this case is only a eccentric propaganda stunt and it should be canceled immediately.
