Q3 Results 2025: Adani Wilmer’s profit increased by 105% in third quarter, income increase by 31%

Adani Wilmar Q3 Results 2025: Adani Wilmer presented the results of the third quarter of FY 25 on Monday. The company has earned a profit of Rs 410.57 crore in the October and December quarter, which is 105 percent more than the previous year’s profit of the previous year. The company said in the exchange filing that the company’s income in the third quarter of the financial year increased by 31 percent to Rs 16,859 crore on an annual basis, which was Rs 12,828 crore in the same period last year.

In the October-December period, the company has posted the highest operating entity of Rs 792 crore so far, which is 57 percent more on an annual basis.

22% increase in income, 23% increase in volume

According to the company, there has been a 22 percent increase in income from food and FMCG vertical, while volume is increased by 23 percent. Income from edible oils has registered a 38 percent increase on an annual basis. The company is constantly registering strong profits from the last five quarters.

With the brilliant quarterly results, Adani Wilmer’s stock on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) closed at Rs 259 with a gain of 2.84%.

Adani Group sold its 13.5% stake in Adani Wilmer

Earlier this month, Adani Group raised about Rs 4,850 crore by selling its 13.5 percent stake in Adani Wilmer. Adaani Commodities LLP, a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited, sold non-Khudra investors 13.5 percent stake in Adani Wilmer through OFS (Offer for Sale). The Adani Group announced on December 30 that it raised more than $ 2 billion. Adani will get out of Wilmer Limited by selling his entire 44 percent stake in the joint venture.

Apart from this, Wilmer International Limited agreed to buy the remaining 31 percent stake in Adani Group in the company.
