Few people will know that Ratan Tata was not only a well -known industrialist, but he was also very fond of films. He also wanted to try his hand in Bollywood. In 2000, he produced a film. It was a big star cast film. The film was from Ratan Tata’s production house, which was Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role. It seemed that two best people would produce a great film but this film proved to be a disaster. It was the only film produced by Ratan Tata.

Let us know that in 2004, Ratan Tata’s production house made a film with Big B, John Abraham, Bipasha Basu, the name of that film was Aitbar. The film also featured Supriya Pilgaonkar, Ali Asgar, Amardeep Jha and Tom Alter. Even after a big starcast, the film proved to be a flop at the box office. Aitbar directed by Vikram Bhatt was a remake of Hollywood hit film Fear (1996).

Ratan Tata’s Dream Production House film, made in a budget of nine crore rupees, proved to be a big flop. The film earned only Rs 4.25 crore in India and Rs 7.96 crore worldwide. After Aitbar, the late Ratan Tata did not make any film.
