Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has been discharged from the hospital. Let us tell you that he was injured after the fatal attack at his house and was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in the early hours of 16 January. Actually, the miscreant who had entered Saif Ali Khan’s house with the intention of stealing had attacked him with a knife 4 times, due to which he was injured. At present, the police has arrested the accused Mohammad Shariful Islam alias Shahzad in the case and has sent him on remand for 5 days. Not only this, on Tuesday morning Mumbai Police had also recreated the scene at Saif Ali Khan’s house.
Police recreated the crime scene
In the case of attack on Saif Ali Khan on Tuesday morning, Mumbai Police recreated the scene of the incident with accused Mohammad Shariful Islam alias Shehzad. The police took the accused from the back side of Saif Ali Khan’s building to the entry way inside the house. During the recreation, the accused told that after crossing the gate, he used the AC duct and reached inside the house. To recreate the scene, the police took the accused to the garden near the house and also to Bandra Railway Station, where he had reached after the incident. In this recreation, every action of the accused was repeated so that the sequence of the incident could be understood.
19 fingerprints of the accused found in Saif’s house
Mumbai Police has found 19 fingerprints of accused Shariful from Saif’s building, which are being investigated. These fingerprints were found on the stairs, bathroom, duct shaft, bathroom window as well as stairs. The accused had used these stairs to enter and exit Saif’s house. These finger prints are considered important evidence in this case.
The accused had entered with the intention of stealing
Mumbai Police held a press conference on Sunday after arresting the accused. In this conference, the police officer had told that during the initial interrogation of the accused, he had confessed that he had entered Saif Ali Khan’s house with the intention of stealing. According to police officials, it is clear from the investigation so far that the accused is a Bangladeshi citizen. According to the police, the accused was also planning to flee to Bangladesh after committing this incident. But before he could do so, the police arrested him early on Sunday.
