American Green Card holder Fabian Schmidt was detained by the Immigration Officer in a shocking incident on 7 March at Logan Airport in Massachusetts. Schmids have been living in America since adolescence and currently live in New Hampshire. He was returning from a trip to Luxembourg.

Schmid’s family has also claimed that he is not aware of the causes of their custody. The green card of Schmid was recently renewed and there is no court matter on them.
Schmid’s partner went to take him to the airport, but when he did not come, he waited for four hours before contacting the authorities. The family is seeking answers to their custody and the legal process for their release continues.
