Actor Sunny Deol was excited about the upcoming project ‘Lahore 1947’. Deol expressed his eagerness about his role in Aamir Khan Productions film. Sunny Deol said at the trailer launch event of ‘Jat’ that he had been waiting for a film for a long time, which is going to be completed now. Sunny said, “I was expecting to do big films and now this dream is going to be fulfilled with Lahore 1947. The film is ready to release this year.”
‘Lahore 1947’, made under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions, is one of the much awaited films of this year. Through this film, Sunny Deol, Rajkumar Santoshi and Aamir Khan are coming together for the first time. ‘Lahore 1947’ is produced by Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Santoshi is the director of the film. On the backdrop of the partition of India in 1947, the film also stars actress Preeti Zinta, Shabana Azmi, Abhimanyu Singh and Ali Fazal in important roles. Zinta is going to return after 7 years of break from this project.
‘Lahore 1947’ was shot in a 70 -day schedule. A production source revealed that “the shooting of” Lahore 1947 “has been completed after a 70 -day schedule. Meanwhile, Sunny Deol’s upcoming action film ‘Jat’ is set for release, including Randeep Hooda, Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher and Regina Cassandra. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, the film will be released in theaters on April 10.
Regarding his character in the film ‘Jat’, Sunny Deol said, “The film’s journey started during ‘Gadar 2’. We were all excited about it, we were going to start a beautiful film and after taking advice with many directors, Gopi agreed to do the film. We met in Goa and he said that he would direct the film.
