World Top 5: Paramilitary force attacks village in Sudan, at least 18 people killed


At least 18 civilians were killed and five others were injured in an attack by the paramilitary Rapid Support Force on a village in western Sudan’s North Darfur state. Ibrahim Khatir, director general of the state health department, said on Sunday that RSF militia had carried out a massacre in the village of Jebel Hilla, east of Um Qadda district in North Darfur.
