Air Force chief fulfills his promise, flying in Tejas with Army Chief

He filled this historic flight with General Upendra Dwivedi in the two-seater trainer version of Tejas Light Combat Aircraft in Bangalore’s Yalehanka airbase. Two major messages of this flight are being considered. The first demonstration of solidarity in the armed forces and the second is full confidence of army chiefs in indigenous fighter jets.

Asia’s biggest show ‘Aero India 2025’ is being organized at Air Force Station, Yelhanka in Bengaluru, Karnataka. With a broad theme of ‘The Runway to a Billion Opportunity’, the program will provide a platform to find new routes in the global price chain to form partnership between foreign and Indian firms and accelerate the indigenization process. The program includes both aerial and stable performance of a large range of military platforms from the aerospace area.

The program will include Defense Ministers of many countries of the world. According to the Ministry of Defense, it includes a huge exhibition area including a conference of defense ministers, round table meeting of Chief Executive Officers, Churning Start-up programs, magnificent air shows, Indian pavilions and a business fair of aerospace companies.

‘Aero India 2025’ will start from 10 February and will run till February 14, 2025. The first three days (10, 11 and 12 February) have been placed commercial days while 13 and 14 February has been determined as a public day. In public days, common people will be able to witness this international event.

India will host a conference of Defense Ministers on the topic ‘Bridge- Easy through Bridge- International Defense Global Connection’ to facilitate the dialogue towards strategic partnership with allies. This incorporates dynamic geopolitical conditions and the path of mutual prosperity, which can be connected through cooperation between countries with a shared approach of safety and development.

During this program, several bilateral meetings will be held at the Defense Minister, Minister of State for Defense, Chief of Defense Staff and Secretary level. During this time, focus will be on strengthening defense and aerospace relations with allies, so that new routes can be searched to take partnership to the next level.
