Gautam Adani met Israeli Ambassador, discussed cooperation in India-Israel relations


New Delhi:
Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani met Israeli Ambassador Reuven Azar on Monday. Sharing a picture of it on social media platform X, he said that Adani Group is strongly committed to continue investing and expanding our enduring partnership with Israel.

Gautam Adani said, “I am honored to meet with Israeli Ambassador Reuven Azar, Mrs. Rachel Azar and their team. We had a fruitful discussion on the role we can play in supporting India-Israel cooperation, especially in IMEC and defense partnership. With respect to Haifa Port and Adani Israel Limited, the Adani Group is strongly committed to continuing to invest in and expand our enduring partnership with Israel.”

It is noteworthy that Adani Group does many types of business with Israel. Adani Group has a major stake in Israel’s Haifa Port. Apart from this, Adani Group is working together with many Israeli companies on many other projects.

The Port of Haifa is Israel’s second largest port in terms of shipping containers and the largest port in terms of tourist cruise ships. Adani Group officially acquired this port two years ago.
