India condemned the breach in the security of Jaishankar in Britain, also protested against British High Commission

Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said, “We have seen footage of the incident of security -related omission during the Foreign Minister’s visit to Britain.” He said, “We condemn this small group of separatists and extremists.”

Jaiswal said, ‘We condemn the misuse of such elements of democratic freedom. We expect that in such cases the host government will fully follow its diplomatic obligations. Britain’s Foreign Ministry also condemned the incident and said that efforts to disrupt public programs are unacceptable.

In the video shared on social media, it is seen that a small group of pro -Khalistan protesters holding the yellow flag, standing on one side of the road in front of the ‘Chautham House’, raising slogans against India and Jaishankar.

As soon as Jaishankar came out of the institute, a person is seen trying to run to the convoy of Jaishankar by breaking the siege of the police. This person with a long height, standing in front of the minister’s convoy, tries to stop them and insult the tricolor. Metropolitan police officials are seen taking the person immediately with him. This is not the first incident of violating the safety of pro -Khalistan elements.

Some pro -Khalistan elements launched the Indian flag on the Indian High Commission in London in March 2023 and India reacted strongly to the incident. India had summoned the most senior British diplomat in Delhi and sought clarification on the mission on “complete absence of security system”. India demands that Britain take action against pro -Khalistan elements active from its land.
