
A case of threatening emails to three Bollywood actors including comedian Kapil Sharma has come to light. According to sources, apart from Kapil Sharma, the artists who have been threatened include Rajpal Yadav, Remo D’Souza and Sugandha Mishra. Mumbai Police has registered a case regarding the threats received by the artists and has started its investigation. According to police sources, Rajpal Yadav and Sugandha Mishra have lodged an FIR with the police while Remo D’Souza has also filed a complaint.
According to sources, all the artists have received this threat through email and Bishnoi’s name is written at the end of the email. Sources have claimed that initial investigation has revealed that the email was sent from Pakistan. At present further investigation is being done in this matter.
This email was sent by all three –
“We have been monitoring your latest activities and believe it is important that we bring a sensitive matter to your attention. This is not a publicity stunt or an attempt to harass you. We urge you to Please take this message seriously and it may have serious consequences which may affect your professional and personal life. We expect a prompt response from you within the next 8 hours. If received, we will assume that you are “The matter is not being taken seriously, and we will take necessary action.”
Even before, threats have been given in the name of Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
In the recent past, such incidents of threats by artists or politicians in the name of the Lawrence Gang have come to light before. A few days ago, a minister of Bihar was also threatened in the name of Loreng Bishnoi gang. The minister of Bihar had also informed the police about that incident and also lodged a complaint.
