The son murdered his mother and four sisters by strangulating them and cutting the veins of their hands. The police have currently arrested the accused. Meanwhile, a video of murderer Arshad has also surfaced. In this he is confessing that he along with his father murdered his mother and four sisters. In this video, shot at around 2 am, he is showing his sisters who have died and taking their last breaths and is blaming the street people for this. In the video, Arshad is accusing the Basti residents of harassing his family and conspiring to sell his sisters in Hyderabad. According to Arshad, they snatched the houses from the slum dwellers and made them homeless. According to him, his family was upset and wanted to convert to religion. During police interrogation, accused Arshad confessed to the incident of killing his four sisters and mother and said that the people of the locality were harassing his family. It is being told that Arshad first took the family to Ajmer and then brought them to Lucknow, made them all stay in a hotel, made them drink liquor at night and put a cloth in the mouth of some, strangulated them with a dupatta and cut the wrist of some with a blade. Father Badar helped in this work. After this, he left his father Badar at the railway station and himself reached the police station and informed about the incident. The blade and scarf used in the incident have been recovered at the behest of the accused.

Police investigation revealed that accused Arshad first made his family members unconscious and then cut off their hands. Arshan has confessed to the police that he murdered his mother and sisters by cutting the vein of their hands while they were unconscious. However, the police have not made any formal disclosure yet. Apart from interrogating the accused Arshad, the police is currently searching for Badar. The bodies have been sent for postmortem.
