The lawyer also clarified that the case of Seema Hyder is different as all his documents are submitted to the Ministry of Home Affairs and ATS. Also, his petition is also pending with the Honorable President. She was granted bail by the court in Uttar Pradesh and she is living in her in -laws in Raghupur, following all the conditions.

AP Singh claimed that Seema Hyder and his family are constantly getting threats to kill the Pakistan-backed elements, even threatening to put them in pieces. He said that complaints in this regard have been lodged from time to time and in the situation so far, Seema, Sachin and his family fully trust the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. He also said that border is living in India on the basis of asylum and is following the law.
