Sorting of 2 thousand employees of USAID, thousands of people sent on leave, Trump administration’s big decision

Taking a big decision, the Trump government has trimmed 2 thousand USAID employees. Apart from this, thousands of employees have been sent on leave. This decision has been taken by the Trump administration, in which questions have been raised about the role of USAID and its works. The notice states that the agency is starting to implement the cut in force affecting about 2,000 USAID personnel in the US.

Senior USAID officials estimated that most of the 4,600 USAID personnel, career American Civil Services and Foreign Service employees would be put on administrative leave.

USAID has sent a notice to its employees, stating that all direct appointed employees will be placed on administrative leave from 11:59 pm on February 23. However, those employees will not get this leave who are associated with mission-based essential tasks, major leadership and specially designated programs.

Let us know that as soon as America takes power, Trump has decided to ban all types of foreign help. Which also includes this fund of USAd.

India Foreign Minister S.K. Jaishankar also said that USAID was allowed to work with good intentions in India. But now there are suggestions from America that some of their activities are malicious.
