Mark Shankar Pawanovich, son of actor and Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Pawan Kalyan, was injured in a school fire in Singapore last week. The actor and his sons are now back to India. After his son recovered, the actor’s wife Anna Lejneva performed the ritual of shaving his head in the Tirumala temple. Pawan Kalyan’s wife donated hair on 14 April at Sri Venkateswara Temple. Anna went to Sri Venkateswara temple in Tirumala and offered prayers. He donated his hair with devotion. This ritual was held in Padmavati Kalyan Katta, which is a special place inside the Tirumala temple. People here offer their hair under religious vows or vow. After shaving Bal, Anna was also seen participating in other puja and temple rituals.
What happened to Pawan Kalyan’s son?
On 8 April, a shop caught fire on River Valley Road in Singapore. Pawan’s eight -year -old son Mark Shankar was among the injured. His hands and legs suffered injuries and due to smoke, he started having trouble breathing. To extinguish the fire, firemen and Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF) reached the spot and helped.
At the time of the incident, Pawan Kalyan was on an official tour in Andhra Pradesh’s Alluri Sitaram Raju district to meet local communities. After finishing his work, he moved to Singapore to his son. Chiranjeevi was also with him. Pawan later issued a statement about his son’s health, in which one part wrote, “Our youngest son, Mark Shankar, was injured in a school fire in Singapore and he is undergoing treatment in the hospital. He is slowly recovering.” He thanked politicians and actors who wished Mark to recover, as well as those who worshiped in temples in his name.
