New Delhi:
On December 21, Aamir Khan’s Taare Zameen Par completed 17 years, due to which recently the reunion of actors Darsheel Safary and Tisca Chopra, who played the roles of Ishaan Awasthi and his mother Maya Awasthi in the film, was seen. Both the stars themselves shared the video on Instagram a week after completion of 17 years of Taare Zameen Par, which reminded the fans of the old days. The funny clip made the fans happy. But Internet users were reprimanded for making fun of the content of their own film. The comment section on the video has been flooded with reactions, due to which the Taare Zameen Par reunion video is going viral.
In the clip shared on Instagram, actress Tisca Chopra can be seen showing two notes to the camera, one of which contains home-made food of dal, rice and vegetables. So in the second note, junk foods like pizza, pasta and ice cream are written. Whereas Darsheel is sitting on the sofa, who is sitting with the book upside down. Without even looking, he chooses the junk food option.
But it can be seen in the video that despite choosing the note from the snack list, Darsheel is seen enjoying a plate of dal, rice and vegetables. Reacting to this funny incident, Tisca says, “Still can’t read.” For those who don’t remember, let us tell you that the actor is referring to Ishaan, the character of Darsheel Safary’s film Taare Zameen Par, who is a child suffering from dyslexia. His life changes after he meets his art teacher Ram Shankar Nikumbh (Aamir Khan) in the boarding school.
While sharing this video, Tisca wrote in the caption, “17 years of Taare Zameen Par. Darsheel Safary is waiting for the clap back.” Giving further disclaimer, he wrote, We understand that dyslexia is a serious problem that affects not only the person suffering from dyslexia but also the families… This reel is only for humor.” Darsheel’s comment read, ” Hahahaha now you wait.” Even though fans have given funny reactions after watching this video, it seems the trollers did not read the disclaimer. One user wrote, This is sad!! 17 years of Taare Zameen Par. After all, it is disappointing to see the message of sympathy and understanding being turned into a joke. It seems that the producers themselves have failed to understand their work. Many people have responded with approval to this comment.
