US President Joe Biden has announced to honor billionaire businessman George Soros with the ‘Presidential Medal of Freedom’, America’s highest civilian award. This is the biggest honor any citizen can receive in America. Billionaire Elon Musk, who is going to play an important role in the American government from January 20, has also reacted to this decision of the American government. He has called this decision of the present government ridiculous. He has also made a post regarding this on the social media platform X. He wrote that in my opinion George Soros fundamentally hates humanity. They are doing such things which are destroying the fabric of civilization.

Now different types of reactions are coming regarding Soros’s selection for this honour. Let us tell you that many big personalities including Elon Musk and many Republicans have called this honor politically motivated. This party has long been accusing Soros of using his wealth to influence global politics.
George Soros has been at the center of political conflict in India too. In December last year itself, during the winter session of Parliament, BJP chief JP Nadda accused Congress of being linked to Soros and his organizations. Citing alleged links between party chief Sonia Gandhi and the Soros-funded initiative, Nadda claimed that the Congress party was acting as a “tool” of foreign forces to destabilize India.
However, Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge refuted the allegations and called them baseless. BJP has been seen continuously cornering Congress on this issue. This issue has also been raised many times in Parliament.
