A federal court in San Francisco has stayed the decision of Donald Trump’s collective dismissal of federal employees. According to media reports, a federal judge on Thursday ordered the US government to withdraw the sorting of employees on a large scale. The court has described the collective dismissal of employees as illegal. According to the Washington Post, American District Judge William Alsup said, “The Office of Personal Management ‘has no right to appoint or extract employees in any other agency under any law.”
