Television star Dheeraj Dhupar is ready to debut in Telugu cinema with the upcoming film Kalavaram. He spoke to the news agency IANS and told that television will always be his first love. The actor said that television will always be his first love. This medium tasted them success. The actor said that he always wanted to work in the South Film Industry. But due to his commitment on different television projects, he could not start in South.

He said, “As everyone knows, TV is extremely demanding work, in which six to seven days a week shoots. However I believe that opportunities come at the right time and it was the perfect moment for me.”

He further explained, “I always wanted to be a part of all entertainment formats, OTT, television and films. Now that I am getting a chance to join my fans through different platforms, I am really enjoying it. TV will always be my first love and I am still ready for the small screen, but I want to find another medium too.”

He told IANS, “I had gone to meet the producer and before I could understand anything, I was ready on a proposal. I always wanted to be a part of Tollywood, but due to commitments I could not explore it first. I am ready to work in the role of Villain.” Dheeraj started shooting for his Telugu debut in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad last month. He shared some pictures from the film’s set on Instagram.
