Athiya Shetty has shared a heart touching glimpse of her pregnancy journey, in which she is seen showing her baby bump in a beautiful maternity shoot with her husband, cricketer KL Rahul. Both of them expecting their first child have shared a great maternity photo shoot on their respective Instagram handle. For caption, parents wrote, “Oh, baby.” In pictures, Athiya can be seen showing her baby bump while posing with her husband. Ma is sitting on a couch in the first picture and KL Rahul is lying on his lap.

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul announced their pregnancy in November last year. He captioned the post, “Our beautiful blessings are coming soon. 2025 (with small legs and evil -looking emoticons).” In April 2024, Athiya began to spread rumors of expecting her first child, when her father Sunil commented on a popular dance reality show “Nana”.

His comment gave rise to widespread speculation that Athiya and KL Rahul are about to welcome a child. While the couple did not publicly address the rumors of pregnancy, a source later clarified that the news was false, confirming that Athiya was not pregnant at that time.

The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Sunil Shetty’s farmhouse in Alibag in January 2023. Athiya and Rahul, who first met in 2019 through a common friend, got married in the presence of their family members and close friends after dating for almost four years.
