US President Donald Trump has termed Russia’s ballistic missile attack on North-East Ukrainian city of Sumi as “mistake”. At least 34 people have died in this attack. According to officials, at around 10:15 am on Sunday morning (07:15 GMT), two Missile fell on the central part of the city, killing at least 34 people and injured more than 100. The attack took place at the CT Center when people were going to the church. This was the biggest attack on citizens this year from Russia.
According to The Guardian report, a missile fell on a trolley bus full of passengers. In the footage of the scene, the bodies, burning cars and rescue teams are seen carrying blood -soaked survivors on the road.
Talking about this attack, Ukrainian President Woldimir Jailonsky said that two children as well as dozens of others have been killed in it. All the European countries are coming on one front and condemning it widely.
On the other hand, Trump wants to deal a ceasefire deal between Russia and Ukraine at any cost. He is being accused repeatedly that he is taking the side of Russia. He has called this attack a “terrible thing”. He was “said that he (Russia) made a mistake”. However, when he was asked whom he was talking about, he did not tell in detail.
At the same time, Jailonsky has urged Trump to visit his country before reaching any agreement in a bilateral talks with Moscow.
Will Trump change his tone in front of Russia?
