GUWAHATI: Para-boccia player Sachin Chamaria from Assam has been selected to represent India at the 5th Asian Para Games 2026, scheduled to be held in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, from October 18 to 23.

Chamaria travelled to Aichi-Nagoya on October 14.
The Indian contingent comprises 281 members, including 168 athletes and 113 officials.
The Paralympic Association of Assam extended its best wishes to Chamaria following his selection to the Indian team.
