Guwahati Airport Shifts All International Arrivals and Departures to Terminal 2


 

GUWAHATI: The Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (LGBI) has shifted all international flight operations to Terminal 2 (T2) from Thursday, July 2, as part of efforts to streamline operations and improve passenger handling.

In a passenger advisory issued on Wednesday, July 1, travellers were asked to check their departure and arrival terminals with their respective airlines before leaving for the airport to avoid inconvenience.

The airport authorities said all arrangements have been made for the shift and advised passengers to arrive well before their scheduled departure time. 

Terminal 2 was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 20, 2025.
