This latest action is part of GMC's broader commitment to maintaining civic discipline and safeguarding public infrastructure across the city. Officials reiterated that such enforcement drives will be carried out regularly across all divisions to deter unauthorized use of public spaces, and that the Corporation remains firm in its resolve to hold violators accountable while encouraging citizens to be active partners in keeping Guwahati clean, orderly, and visually appealing.
