GUWAHATI: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has introduced a reward initiative offering highway users ₹1,000 credit to their FASTag accounts for reporting unclean toilets at NHAI-managed toll plazas through the latest version of the RajmargYatra app.

Under the initiative, users can report an unclean toilet by uploading a clear, geo-tagged photograph through the app. The report must include the user's name, location, vehicle details, Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) and mobile number.
Reports will be subject to verification, and only verified and eligible submissions will qualify for the ₹1,000 FASTag credit.
The initiative is aimed at increasing public participation in monitoring sanitation facilities at toll plazas and improving cleanliness standards along National Highways.
