The State-Level Classical Music and Dance Competition concluded at the Rukmini Nagar Rangamanch Auditorium in Guwahati, bringing together emerging artists from across Assam for a celebration of classical music and dance.
Organised jointly by ‘Stuti’, B.R.S.C.C. and R.M.C., and sponsored by Oil India Limited, the event featured performances spanning traditional ragas, rhythms and various classical dance forms. The competition provided a platform for young and upcoming artists to showcase their talent.
Anurag Kashyap from Khetri in Kamrup Metropolitan district won the Late Namita Matak Memorial Award in the Tabla competition. The award was presented to him by renowned social worker Chakradhar Matak in the presence of members of the organising committee.
