Govt Allows LPG Restoration Option for Consumers Shifting to PNG
GUWAHATI: The Centre has amended the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 2026, allowing domestic LPG consumers who obtain Piped Natural Gas (PNG) connections to either apply for termination of their LPG connection within 30 days or secure a transfer voucher for future restoration of the connection in non-PNG areas.
