GUWAHATI: A woman and her five-year-old son have been missing from Guwahati’s Bamunimaidan area for nearly one and a half months, raising serious concern among family members.

The missing individuals have been identified as Princi Bora and her young son, who went missing on March 25 under unknown circumstances.
Speaking to GPlus, a police official said that Princi’s husband, Binod Bora, a resident of Lakhimpur currently employed with DSL Company in Guwahati, discovered that both his wife and child were missing after returning home from work. Family members initially conducted a search among relatives, friends, and neighbours, but were unable to trace them.
Following the unsuccessful search, Binod Bora lodged a missing persons complaint at Chandmari Police Station. Police have since launched an investigation into the matter, but even after 45 days, no significant lead has emerged regarding their whereabouts.
Authorities have urged anyone with information related to the missing mother and son to immediately contact the nearest police station or inform Chandmari Police.
